About the job SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD (Health)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for site management and performance of all employees
- Manage the location while providing excellent customer service and meeting the goals and metrics of the unit
- Serve as the primary Client and Accenture contact for the unit
- Other responsibilities include Regular Operations Management, Reporting, Quality/Training,
- Team Performance Management, Performance Metrics, Mentoring and Special Projects
TO QUALIFY
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have handled 300-700 FTEs
- Client-facing and Operations experience
- Capacity Planning experience
- Financial management experience (Profit & Loss; Shrinkage)
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Flexible with work location
- 10-12 years industry experience
- 5 years leadership experience (Managerial)
