    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for site management and performance of all employees
  • Manage the location while providing excellent customer service and meeting the goals and metrics of the unit
  • Serve as the primary Client and Accenture contact for the unit
  • Other responsibilities include Regular Operations Management, Reporting, Quality/Training,
  • Team Performance Management, Performance Metrics, Mentoring and Special Projects

TO QUALIFY

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must have handled 300-700 FTEs 
  • Client-facing and Operations experience 
  • Capacity Planning experience 
  • Financial management experience (Profit & Loss; Shrinkage) 
  • Healthcare experience is a plus 
  • Flexible with work location 
  • 10-12 years industry experience 
  • 5 years leadership experience (Managerial)
