About the job Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO QUALIFY:
- Provides end user, customer care, technical support, and consulting services, in the form of inbound and outbound phone, email, chat support and other related activities to facilitate the following related transactions with respect to Consumer IQ.
- Interacts with customer and ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies and procedures
- Technical hardware/software support including router, mobile/tablet, app etc.
- Provides constructive feedback to customers and panelists
- Maintains a repository of best practices and customer preferences to drive a positive customer experience
- Ensures absolute consistency of measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
- Works against established SLAs and metrics and evaluated by the degree of their achievement
- Gains and ensures excellent knowledge of product, system and processes
- Proactively work with process mentors from both internal and external departments to improve overall performance
- Updated with the latest technology
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate with or without experience
- OPEN TO UNDERGRADUATES with relevant work experience
- Must be proficient with SPANISH and English
- Must know how to read and write required foreign language
- Must have basic web navigation skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Can converse using the English language
