KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Knows the development life cycle, can gather requirements, do high level and technical design, build, unit testing (creation of test cases/test scripts and actual execution), assembly testing (creation of test cases/test scripts and actual execution), fix bugs during system, integration testing and UAT phases, deployment and Post Production support.  
  • Position will require candidate to write technical support emails in response to developer’s questions about how to develop applications for smart devices. Some of these questions will be about basic procedure, some will be more technical about interacting with our API. The position will also require judgement about when to escalate developer queries to the next level of support.

TO QUALIFY:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a tech support, support engineering, or developer support role preferred
  • Knowledge of Android OS and Mac OS is a plus
  • Hands-on development skills with JavaScript, JSON, 
  • Nodejs experience is a must
