JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Analytics and Modeling Associate Manager will gather,
analyze and model client data (customers, financials, operational,
organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data
(competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and
techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve
decision-making
Responsibilities:
- Execute analytics efforts in areas specific to the business function and industry of focus, for example:
- Design of distribution network
- Forecasting
- Aggregate planning
- Supply/capacity management
- Inventory management
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work
Data Analytics and Information Technology
- Utilize tools (e.g., cross tabulation, conjoint analysis, cluster analysis, multi-dimensional scaling, factor analysis, multiple discriminant analysis, regression and correlation) and algorithms for data mining (e.g., association rules, artificial neural network, decision tress, time series) to develop business data insights
- Design quantitative and qualitative research approaches/programs and design surveys (sampling, questionnaire preparation, scales, reliability and validity of questionnaire)
- Conduct study of central tendency, dispersion, skewness and kurtosis of nominal & ordinal (non-metric), interval & ratio (metric) data
- Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing
- Gather business intelligence for decision making
TO QUALIFY:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
- Must have at least 6-7 years relevant work experience
- Must have at least 2 years experience in Data Visualization (High Proficiency)
- Strong storytelling experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Preferred:
- Advanced Excel (Macro)
- SPSS, R, Tableau, Statistical Tools
- Good to have:
- Quantitative & Qualitative Research and Insight Generation
- Competitive Intelligence
- Digital Analytics
