TO QUALIFY:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics and Information Systems
- At least 6 years related work experience in Market Research, Insight Generation and Analytic
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Preferably with experience in handling Recruitment-related data
- Excellent client management, project management and presentation skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the vision, mission and strategy, for Research, aimed at delivering value-add research, to external clients/internal customers
- Design and direct original/survey research capability to achieve the vision and goals
- Apply strong strategic thinking, grasping quickly the customer or client's business issue and translating that into a form that can be effectively researched
- Support the development of an advanced research capability, enabling the development of thought leadership, market/competitive assessments across entity
- Enable the practice to propose, win and execute engagements for clients, by providing expertise as required, including presenting to clients, scoping research proposals, providing research credentials, deepening knowledge of current and potential clients
- Work on the proposals or project execution with the other team as needed
- Direct the development of, and use new data-led tools and capabilities that enhance the company's ability to do research effectively while minimizing risk
- Conduct research focusing on their aligned industry/growth platform/geography. This includes in-depth research on companies, industry and customer segments, market trends and issues, and technology utilizing a number of third party sources or services.
- Participate in research and insight generation as a team member
- Manage and participate in, all aspects of intake interviews for scoping and delivering research work
- Provide sound analytical and technical support for the primary and secondary research activities
- Prepare budget estimates for research projects and ensure project budget constraints and project record
