About the job OTC Service Delivery Operations Manager (Generic)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for running a global operations team in alignment with client expectations as well as supporting company Account level deliverables
  • Owns operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments Leadership to include all aspects of team management and development, metrics, and quality optimization and the drive to retain a highly motivated and engaged team
  • Owns completeness of desktop procedures - ensures that procedures are always up to date and are being adhered to
  • Provide consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained
  • Act as the key relationship point for the company with its client in respect of Invoicing and Adjustments activities - maintain strong partnership with the client

TO QUALIFY:
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • With a minimum of 5 years leadership experience
  • Must have at least 10 years background in Operational Management, finance and accounting (preferably OTC experiences such as billings and credit management)
  • Experience in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
