JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to Mandarin-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
TO QUALIFY:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- Can speak and write in English and Mandarin
- Must have basic web navigation skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Should be flexible
