KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide application or analytical support to the Talent Supply Chain team.
  • Address issues such as performance measurement, yield rate, channel efficiency, and other Campus metrics.
  • Maintain or modify all analytic models in use to adjust to the needs of the business.
  • Devise or apply independent models or tools to help verify results of analytical systems.
  • Define or recommend model specifications or data collection methods
  • Identify, track, or maintain metrics for the Campus metrics
  • Collaborate in the development or testing of new analytical software to ensure compliance with user requirements, specifications, or scope.
  • Construct, modify, and clean database models to ensure data reliability and validity.


Detailed Work Activities

  • Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.
  • Prepare analytical reports.
  • Prepare graphics or other visual representations of information.
  • Apply mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in scientific or applied fields
  • Evaluate data quality.
  • Prepare data for analysis.
  • Determine appropriate methods for data analysis.
  • Evaluate project designs to determine adequacy or feasibility.


Day to Day Activities

  • Update daily campus metrics
  • Provides analysis and recommendation based from identified challenges and issues concerning campus operations
  • Adhoc Reports requested by the management
  • Campus Metrics – saturation reports, Campus hires fulfillment, gender diversity, etc


TO QUALIFY:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
  • Must have at least 2-4 years relevant experience in Reporting or Analytics
  • Knowledgeable in HR metrics is ad advantage
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Gateway, Cubao
