JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Attend to Mandarin-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
  • Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Mandarin and English communication skills.
  • Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
TO QUALIFY:
  • 18 Years old and above
  • Open to NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing using the Mandarin Language
  • Can converse using the English language
  • Must have basic web navigation skills
  • Must be willing to start immediately
  • Should be flexible
