JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Attend to Japanese-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
  • Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Japanese and English communication skills.
  • Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources

TO QUALIFY:
  • Can converse using basic English language
  • Open to NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
  • Must be proficient with both JAPANESE and KEIGO
  • Must know how to read and write required foreign language
