About the job Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to Japanese-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Japanese and English communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
TO QUALIFY:
- Can converse using basic English language
- Open to NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
- Must be proficient with both JAPANESE and KEIGO
- Must know how to read and write required foreign language
