About the job Training and Development Specialist Cebu
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in creating design programs, detailed workplan, and instructional material that meet business requirements
- Manage design, development, delivery, and evaluation of programs deployed by the team. This may include knowledge transfer projects, pre-process, process training, communication, domain, and functional skills development.
- Work with different teams to identify performance gaps
- Conduct root cause analysis with stakeholders and analyses to confirm learning objectives
- Facilitate classroom training sessions and ensure logistical requirements
- Monitor program performance based on success measures
- Monitor course assessment results against expected client service level agreements
- Report performance data based on results of capability development programs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in training and development
- Experience in Learning Content analysis, Learning Content design , development and deployment
- Has strong stakeholder management and has excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
