JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to Spanish-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Spanish and English communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
- 18 Years old and above
- Open to NON NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing using the SPANISH Language
- Can converse using the English language
- Must have basic web navigation skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Should be flexible
