Managerial experience in the Retail field or other sales experience is encouraged. You will be required to assist in managing between 5 and 15 employees. The Location Assistant Manager will need to:

Especially when working with employees and customers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting the manager with the following:
- Maintain and increase location performance
- Scheduling
- Camera and computer troubling shooting
- Complete nightly reports
- Help employees maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working
- Make sure the team is offering the best customer service possible
- Work alongside baseline employees to help motivate and teach sales skills
- You must be able to keep your employees motivated so they can earn the highest commissions possible
- You must be good at sales and lead by example in all interactions
- Engage visitor's participation and have impeccable customer service skills
- You must be able to maintain a positive attitude
Applicant must be willing to work on Weekends and Holidays. Photography experience is very helpful, but not necessary.
This position will begin at $45,000/year depending on experience. Commissions will be paid in addition to the salary depending on the applicant's performance on the job.
