Position Description:

As a Global HR Operations, you will support the headcount rapidly growing efforts of the company, and the day to day HR processes. In this role, you will take ownership as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source talent effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind, through HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. You will also take part in the ongoing processes such as Reflection Time, Learning and Development, Wellbeing and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential candidates through different methods, such as sourcing techniques and networking events.
  • Build and maintain networks to find qualified potential candidates and make sure the pipeline is always full with great, relevant candidates.

  • Own the hiring pipeline: Screen applicants and partner with managers on the hiring process, schedules interviews and oversees the interview process, maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the interview and on-boarding process

  • Manage the Onboarding process, collaborating with different stakeholders.

  • Support HR Projects and ongoing processes: Reflection Time, Learning and Development, Wellbeing and more.


Qualifications / Experiences:

  • Passion for people operations, with an emphasis on execution

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment of a tech startup

  • Sourcing experience and proficiency with social media and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn and others) a must

  • Skilled in using recruiting tools to source passive talent

  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and candidates

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong diagnostic ability

  • Proactive, executes independently
