Position Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Director specializing in performance marketing to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a central role in shaping and executing a data-backed marketing strategy that maximizes lead generation, conversions, and ROI. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on strategic marketing initiatives that support our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a multi-channel performance marketing strategy, utilizing paid search, display, social, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate channels to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and continuously refine campaigns, leveraging testing and analysis to improve performance metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau) to analyze performance, create actionable insights, and make data-driven optimizations for better campaign results.
- Oversee the performance marketing budget, making strategic allocations to achieve maximum impact within budgetary guidelines.
- Drive growth through innovative marketing strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, funnel management, and new channel exploration.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and customer insights.
- Ensure that performance marketing aligns with brand positioning and messaging across all channels to deliver a cohesive experience for customers.
Qualifications / Experiences:
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proficient in performance marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM systems, and analytics tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Strong quantitative skills and a data-focused approach to campaign optimization, with a proven track record in improving key performance metrics.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable plans, think creatively about growth opportunities, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights and marketing outcomes to executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced marketing methods like account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and customer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of best practices in SaaS marketing, especially in demand generation and lead nurturing.
