 - Ensuring the running and delivery of schemes is kept to a high standard across all
 
Responsible for:
- contracts, achieving KPIs, quality, and completion in accordance with the contact.
 
Based at:
- Various locations throughout NI
 
Region/Business Area: Building Maintenance
To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Foreperson to the standards set
out by the contract.
To carry out the duties as a Foreperson in accordance with Statutory
Regulations, Company policies and Procedures.
- Understand, implement, and adhere to SHEQ requirements.
 - Oversee/advise on H&S across all schemes
 
Main Purpose of the Role:
- Manage subcontractors to support in adhering to Client KPIs
 - Attend benchmark inspections and ensure quality of work is kept to these
 
standards throughout the delivery of the scheme
- Support Project Manager in delivery of al schemes Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries and Contract
 
Documentation
- Ensure implementation of all Company policies and procedures
 - Ensure current Safety, Health and Welfare requirements are met and
 
implemented
- Understand and implement the Company Quality Assurance system
 - Carry out duties as directed by Project Manager
 - Ensure sub-contractors are kept advised of requirements
 - Keep Project Manager advised of all problems with sub-contractors
 - Ensure progress is recorded on the standard Company records
 - Ensure current Safety, Health and Welfare requirements are met and
 
implemented.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure that efficient methods of working are
 
adopted
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of labour available on site and advise
 
of any subcontractor issues
- Ensure that Plant on site is of good quality and working efficiently
 - Ensure all certification is valid and up-to-date including CSR cards
 - Co-operate closely with, customers, sub-contractors and suppliers and
 
maintain good working relationships
- Work closely with all departments and staff within the business to ensure
 
the efficient running of the business.
- Select economical working methods
 - Carry out duties including administration and dealing with correspondence
 - Any other reasonable management request
 
Relevant trade, NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
Previous experience within the housing industry
Essential Criteria
CSR
Full and Clean Driving Licensed:
Competent and have a high quality of work. You must be able to work equally well
Key Skills, Knowledge and alone without guidance, or as part of a team.
