What are we looking for?

The project is a leading Australian fire safety provider protecting lives and assets across healthcare, data centres, education, and commercial spaces. Now we’re looking for a high-performing Collections Officer to manage high-volume account collections and build strong client relationships across an assigned portfolio of 400–500 customers. If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic role focused heavily on active collections with room to expand into broader Accounts Receivable functions, this is your chance to grow with a company that makes a real impact every day.

What are you expected to do?

  • Drive collections: Manage a high-volume portfolio of 400–500 customers, handling approximately 40–50 inbound and outbound calls daily to follow up on overdue accounts and secure timely payments.
  • Prioritise active collections: Dedicate approximately 80–90% of the role to proactive collections, with the remaining time supporting general Accounts Receivable activities and reconciliation.
  • Engage Australian clients: Build professional and respectful relationships with Australian customers while confidently addressing payment concerns, resolving queries, and negotiating payment arrangements.
  • Follow through on commitments: Monitor promised payments, conduct timely follow-ups, and escalate overdue or complex accounts when required.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions, payment commitments, account updates, and collection outcomes accurately in the ERP system.
  • Support AR activities: Process cash receipts and assist with reconciliations and other Accounts Receivable tasks as required, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You bring at least 3 years of proven experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a similar role, with hands-on experience managing collection accounts. Experience supporting Australian (AU) clients is highly preferred, and you are ready to hit the ground running in a plug-and-play capacity.
  • You have strong, clear English communication skills and can confidently engage with Australian customers over the phone in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • You are comfortable handling high-volume collection calls and managing a large portfolio of customer accounts efficiently and consistently.
  • You are persistent, confident, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to handle payment discussions, address customer concerns, negotiate payment arrangements, and professionally drive outstanding accounts toward resolution.
  • You have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly preferred) or similar ERP/accounting systems.
  • You have a strong willingness to learn and expand into other Accounts Receivable functions, including reconciliations and related finance activities.
  • You are available to work on-site in our Makati or Davao office, following an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Australian schedule (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH time).

What you gain beyond the role:

  • Onsite Collaboration: Thrive in a dynamic office environment where teamwork, learning, and daily collaboration keep you engaged and supported.
  • Achieve Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Work in an environment where you’re trusted and empowered to work independently, while still having the support you need to deliver your best. Here, flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s how we help you perform at your best, without sacrificing life outside of work.
  • Open Culture: Your voice matters, we encourage proactive communication and fresh ideas.
  • Supportive Team: From your very first day to every career milestone, we’ve got your back—with long-term growth and projects you can truly thrive in.
  • Learn and Grow: Training, coaching, and international opportunities to level up your skills and career
  • Be part of a B-Corp company that puts people and planet first while creating meaningful impact.
