As our client accelerates its penetration in the European energy storage sector (key focus markets include Germany, Italy, and Benelux: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), we are now seeking a dynamic Europe Sales and Operations Director for the Energy Storage Product Line to lead its regional growth. This critical role will oversee the integration and management of the clients European sales and technical support teams, drive sustained development in residential energy storage segments, and continuously enhance market share across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term/short-term operational strategies, annual sales and operational plans, and budgets for the European residential energy storage market, aligning with the clients global business objectives.
- Formulate regional sales strategies, target market coverage models, and segment-specific tactics to optimize penetration in residential energy storage sectors.
- Lead sales expansion and customer relationship management in key European markets (Germany, Italy, Benelux, etc.), building and nurturing long-term partnerships with distributors, installers, and key clients.
- Define, decompose, and manage annual sales targets; closely monitor team performance to ensure all regional units meet or exceed assigned goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of European residential energy storage market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior, provide data-driven insights to the sales team and the senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Plan and execute localized industry exhibition deployments and brand promotion activities to enhance the clients visibility and reputation in the European energy storage industry.
- Build, coach, and manage the local European team, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at the headquarters to ensure efficient and synergistic operations.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or local team management within the European new energy industry with a strong focus on residential energy storage.
- Leadership and Competencies: Proven track record of leading EU teams, driving sales growth, and managing key customer relationships in Europe, excellent communication, business negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience as a European Sales Head, Key Regional Country Manager, or core business leader in the leading energy storage companies is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Europe or be based in Europe for long-term work.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, proficient in Mandarin is preferred.
- Education Background: Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
