To further enhance the company's supply capabilities in the U.S. market, the company has decided to recruit an experienced HRBP manager to help establish a compliant and effective human resources operation system.
The ideal candidate should have not only comprehensive HR experience, but also several years of HR work experience at a manufacturing company in the U.S. state of Texas, as well as a deep understanding of Texas labor laws and regulations and be willing to relocate to Texas for this position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing human resources functions in international subsidiaries, addressing the management requirements of various business units, and enhancing standards and processes related to human resource management;
- Possessing a thorough understanding of business environments, identifying challenges, and creating as well as executing HR strategies that encompass talent identification, recruitment, employee development, organizational governance, culture enhancement, and compliance oversight;
- Skillfully merging resources from headquarters with regional operations to establish HR policies tailored for overseas entities while overseeing their execution and refinement;
- Managing both external partnerships and internal collaboration efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources or related fields;
- More than 5 years of human resources work experience, with management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in establishing a human resources system from scratch for a production factory and building teams are preferred.
- Candidates who have worked in human resources field in Texas and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations there are preferred.
- Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.
