Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a dynamic North America Regional Business Development Manager who possesses a blend of keen market insights and solid experience in the molded pulp packaging sector. The primary objective for this role is to drive our business growth strategy within NAM, tapping into its unique market dynamics, and further establishing our footprint in the region.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development:
- Develop, execute, and optimize a region-specific business development strategy for our molded pulp packaging products.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on growth opportunities in the US market.
2. Relationship Building & Management:
- Foster and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and potential partners across the US.
- Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and establish a strong network.
3. Market Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze US market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure our offerings align with the unique demands of the US market.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Engage with marketing, product, and logistics teams to synchronize efforts and ensure efficient product delivery and promotion in the US.
- Share feedback from the region to guide product enhancements and innovation.
5. Reporting and Forecasting:
- Deliver regular updates on sales metrics, market trends, and potential challenges to the higher management.
- Develop sales forecasts and set performance targets specific to the US region.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or product management,with a preference for those familiar with the molded pulp packaging industry.
- Demonstrated track record of growing a business or product line within a regionalcontext.
- Proficient with CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and MS Office suite.
