Senior Structural Design Engineer in Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Participate in new product planning, responsible for hardware product structural design work;
• Responsible for product structural design, 2D/3D drawing data assessment & finalization;
• Responsible for follow-up on mold design and manufacturing, modifications, and communication coordination with product & ID & hardware engineers;
• Assist in solving structural problems in production and customer complaints, timely improve existing products;
• Assist in the development of product requirements for the supply chain, review & evaluate supplier resources;
• Assist the supply chain in following up on sample delivery, material completeness, and procurement-related work;
• Keep abreast of industry dynamics in skincare and skin testing, understand AI empowerment trends to enhance product competitiveness; 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or mold design related field;
• Over 3 years of structural design work experience, familiar with hardware products, knowledgeable in plastic mold structure and design of plastic mold products;
• Proficient in using Pro/E, AutoCAD, and other drawing software, capable of independently completing product structural design;
• Familiar with the manufacturing process of structural components and the relevant supply chain system of hardware products;
• Willing to follow superiors' arrangements, strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good communication skills.
• English can be used as a working language, knowledge of Korean is a plus.
