Responsibilities

  • Assigned to client companies to confirm and follow up on product quality issues, implement quality standards, collect defective data and samples for analysis.
  • Address quality issues of company products found in client production workshops, organize rework activities for defective goods when necessary.
  • Monitor the quality performance of the company's materials used in client production processes, establish a reporting system including quality data records and reports.
  • Actively participate in client quality improvement meetings or activities. Proactively improve quality, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an electronics factory, experience stationed at the plant is preferred.
  • Familiar with the production process of electronic products, quality control in the production process, and application of quality knowledge and tools to solve work-related issues.
  • Proficient in office software operation including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data statistical analysis skills.
  • Good language expression, communication, and coordination skills, proficient in Chinese and either Vietnamese or English.
