Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the construction and management of the European Research Institute in the European region, ensuring smooth operation and development of the institute.
- Responsible for product planning, definition, and top-level design in the European market, ensuring products match customer demands.
- Plan and execute product launch plans in the European market, including market research, competition analysis, and promotional activities.
- Manage component planning, introduction, and matching work for products in the European market, ensuring product quality and smooth supply chain.
- Organize and follow up on product certification work in the European market, including document preparation and test coordination.
- Coordinate and lead the institute team, drive team goal achievement, and handle other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields.
- At least 20 years of work experience in the crane industry, including over 5 years of management experience.
- Deep understanding of the European market, familiar with technical developments and market trends in the European crane industry (especially all-terrain cranes).
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate teams effectively and drive project progress.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to collaborate with multinational teams and establish good relationships with external partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of formulating and executing project development strategies.
- Fluent English communication skills.
