With presence in multiple countries worldwide, the company provides SaaS, private cloud, and smart industry solutions to benchmark customers, receiving consistent praise from clients. To further expand into the Brazil market with the SaaS product line, we are currently recruiting a experienced Business Manager for the Brazil IoT market.

Responsibilities

  • As a regional product manager, you are responsible for technical insights exchanges with customers, identify customer opportunities and demands, promote our IoT profesional lighting solutions/products to regional customers, together with BD or sales.
  • Prepare and deliver the product solutions to customers, including product/solution proposal writing, presentation, conduct proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
  • Regular base interaction with product and solution team in China, and always make sure you get the latest solution/product information update to date. Efficiently transfer the product/solution update to relevant regional markets and customers.
  • Within solution landing process in customer sides, you are responsible for customer demand analysis, solution design freezing, product proof-of-concept verification, product feedback from customer, etc. And efficiently feedback all information back to product and project team in China. Comfortable being working in a project based / client serving model, when necessary.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales leaders to strengthen the commercial cadence and execution to accelerate top-line growth and Support Sales Product strategy execution. Develop relationships with the major Direct customers and key Distribution partners for the region.
  • Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape and contribute roadmap strategy to product management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, 1-5 years of relevant work experience in the electronics/IoT/IT industries, etc.
  • Fluent in english, the Mandarin speaking skills is preferred. 50% travelling rate.
  • Strong customer orientied comminication, marketing, go-to-mkt skill and mindset, with technical skills with ability.
  • Customer relation management on customer demands and expectations, together with sales/BD.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives.
