We are currently looking for a candidate with extensive product marketing experience in the mobile internet space to lead the product marketing team for the Canadian market and increase the reach and market share of the company's products in the Canadian market through a variety of channels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the market insight analysis and product planning of a business line:Promote the GTM and brand marketing of the products, and continuously improve the market share and influence of the products;
- Develop overseas local marketing strategies: Responsible for developing marketing strategies for overseas local markets, including market positioning, target customers and marketing strategies, to promote the sales and promotion of the company's products in overseas local markets.
- Implementation of overseas local marketing plan: Responsible for the organization and implementation of overseas local market marketing plan, including market research, branding, marketing, channel development, etc., to ensure the competitiveness of the company's products in the overseas local market and market share enhancement.
- Manage the overseas local market team: Responsible for managing the overseas local market team, including team building, recruitment, training and performance management, etc., to ensure team collaboration and work efficiency.
- Monitoring market dynamics: Monitor the dynamics of overseas local markets and competitors' actions, adjust marketing strategies and promotion programs in a timely manner, provide market intelligence and competitive analysis reports, and provide reference for the company's decision-making.
Requirements
- Core competencies: Overseas Mobile App research and market analysis capabilities, understanding of overseas users' information acquisition channel trends and habits, the ability to continuously optimize and innovate market communication methods; local mainstream marketing creativity, planning, landing, pulling the new ability to analyze and improve the ability of the product brand to reach new users.
- Overseas market experience:
Have rich experience in overseas markets, familiar with the market characteristics and cultural differences of different countries and regions, able to develop targeted mark - Working experience:
More than 5 years of overseas local marketing related work experience, of which more than 2 years as the head of overseas local marketing or similar positions. - Management ability:
Strong management and leadership ability, able to effectively organize and manage the work of overseas local marketing team. - Technical ability:
Strong digital marketing and market analysis ability, familiar with market research methods and market analysis tools, able to use data analysis and market insights to guide marketing decisions. - Language skills: Native level of Mandarin and fluent in English.
