We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager for our client focused on driving digital transformation in the global beauty industry through unparalleled AI-powered SaaS products. The candidate will lead the Japanese market expansion efforts.

Since the business may involve software customization issues, the ideal candidate should have a certain background in coding or programming development and possess rich customer development experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS or CRM software sales, and extensive experience managing all stages of the sales cycle. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the Japanese client base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging industry connections.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new SaaS and B2B opportunities.
  • Manage high-level inquiries, partnerships, and lead generation across multiple channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, or with experience in software or SaaS development are preferred.
  • Years of sales/business development experience.
  • Proven success in SaaS or CRM sales industry.
  • Fluency in Japanese and  English.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Japan as needed.
