The products and services typically encompass smart equipment, industrial automation production line systems, robot applications, as well as related software and data analysis services. Currently, the company has established research and development centers and production bases in multiple countries around the world, with its products widely used in the global automotive manufacturing sector.

This position is open to both local and international Mandarin bilingual candidates with relocation support available for eligible candidates to help ensure a smooth transition to working and living in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual strategic planning and identify market opportunities.
  • Establish the company's organizational and business systems, oversee the construction of the senior management team, select mid- to senior-level management personnel, formulate the internal management structure, and set basic management systems.
  • Lead the development of a supply chain team and establish a comprehensive supply chain management system to ensure the company's operational growth.
  • Fully manage the daily operations of the Indian company.
  • Maintain relationships with government and significant external clients, ensuring effective localization efforts.
  • Prevent customer complaints and strengthen risk management.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive management experience in areas such as business management, supply chain management, project operations management, human resources administration, and financial management.
  • Background in the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience related to designing and manufacturing non-standard automotive equipment production lines, such as automotive powertrain equipment or welding machinery.
  • Familiar with upstream and downstream clients and suppliers in the automotive industry, with a preference for those having client relationship resources in the automotive sector in India.
  • Candidates with management experience in Indian manufacturing companies with more than 100 employees are preferred.
  • Background in science or engineering, with a preference for majors in mechanical design or automation.
  • Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.
  • Can be relocated to India for work for 3 years.
