Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with the companys annual goals.
  • Drive the growth of the companys proprietary brand in major North American department stores and boutique channels, including negotiations, distribution, product placement, sales management, and accounts receivable collection.
  • Identify and manage ODM project opportunities, overseeing the full sales process and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential clients, conduct follow-up visits, collect and analyze sales data, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive dynamics in the U.S. market, delivering regular market analysis and forecasting reports.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal teams, facilitating product improvements to meet market demands.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in mens apparel sales management, with expertise in suits and shirts, familiar with department store and boutique retail channels.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and knowledgeable about supply chain, purchasing, pricing, and payment processes of top North American retailers.
  • Strong market insight and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
