Their France boutique seeks passionate fashion enthusiasts to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through style selections, driving individual sales targets, and contributing to a vibrant store atmosphere.
Please note that this role does not offer visa support. Candidates must have valid work authorization in France.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with styling advice, product knowledge, and fitting recommendations.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales quotas, actively promoting new collections and promotional offers.
- Maintain store visual standards: restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring product presentation alignment.
- Process transactions accurately via POS system, handle cash/credit payments, and issue receipts.
- Build and update customer profiles in CRM system, following up on inquiries to foster long-term relationships.
- Support store operations: inventory checks, price tagging, and assisting with stocktake.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in fashion retail (mid-to-high end brand experience a plus).
- Fluent in English and French, ability to communicate style concepts clearly.
- Passion for fashion trends and strong understanding of womenswear styling.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
