Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Japanese language courses (for beginners to advanced learners) tailored to student needs;
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assess student progress regularly;
  • Collaborate with the academic team to optimize teaching methods and curriculum.

Requirements

  • Education Background: Bachelors degree or above in Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Education (Japanese Teaching Track), or other relevant fields.
  • Familiar with the content of major Japanese proficiency tests (e.g., JLPT, J.TEST, NAT-TEST);
  • Solid professional knowledge of Japanese language (grammar, vocabulary, cultural context);
  • At least 2 years of full-time Japanese teaching experience (work certificate required);
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills (to handle diverse student needs);
  • Working Hours: Flexible schedule (arranged based on class timetable) with at least 2 days off per week;
  • Native Japanese speakers are preferred;
  • Currently residing in China is preferred;
  • Basic Chinese language skills are preferred.
