About the job Bilingual Chinese-Thai HR Executive

We are partnering with a reputable corporate group with strong industry strength, which is currently planning and constructing production facilities in Thailand to enhance its production capacity. We are now recruiting a Bilingual Chinese-Thai HR Executive to support the smooth advancement of all HR operations for its upcoming production base and lay a solid foundation for the company's local HR system.
This is a core operational HR role, focused on daily execution, compliance control and employee lifecycle management. You will own all daily HR workflows, act as the trusted bilingual bridge between the management team, local employees and cross-department stakeholders, and resolve on-the-ground HR issues efficiently to maintain smooth team operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment end-to-end: draft job postings, screen qualified resumes, coordinate interview schedules, complete onboarding formalities, and track new hire probation performance, to fill departmental talent needs in a timely manner.
- Draft, update and implement standardized daily HR policies and work rules, ensure full alignment with Thailand Labour Protection Act and local regulatory requirements, and guide all departments and staff to follow policies properly.
- Manage complete employee lifecycle records and personnel files: accurately maintain and update documentation for onboarding, offboarding, internal transfer, role adjustment and other personnel changes, ensuring all files are complete, compliant and up-to-date at all times.
- Handle daily salary and benefits administration: support annual HR budget preparation, verify employee benefit reimbursements accurately, ensure monthly salary payment is on time and compliant, and complete all procedures for social security (SSF), employee's compensation and other statutory welfare schemes in line with Thai laws.
- Maintain positive and stable employee relations: respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, labor rules and daily work issues, assist in resolving potential conflicts and labor disputes, and maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- Liaise closely with all departments to understand their practical HR needs, provide targeted operational support, solve daily HR problems efficiently, and promote smooth cross-department collaboration.
- Support employee training and team building: collect departmental training needs, arrange training schedules and logistics, follow up on training completion, and assist in routine team engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on, full-module HR operational experience, with solid professional knowledge of human resource management.
- Native or professional proficiency in both Chinese and Thai (fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing), capable of handling all HR documents, cross-team communication and stakeholder coordination in both languages without barriers.
- Thoroughly familiar with Thai labor laws, statutory regulations, social security and welfare policies, with strong compliance awareness and ability to ensure all HR work is fully legally compliant.
- Proficient in core HR workflows including employee file management, salary and benefits administration, recruitment execution and employee relations, with sharp attention to detail and strong execution capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trusted relationships with staff at all levels, with strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Candidates with working experience in manufacturing industry or small and medium-sized enterprises will be highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR management systems, able to complete data sorting, record keeping and routine reports independently.
