As our client accelerates its global growth and aims to penetrate key European automotive markets, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager specializing in automotive NVH components. This role will lead the end-to-end expansion of our clients product portfolio into top French automotive OEMs (e.g., Renault, Stellantis), focusing on building long-term strategic partnerships and aligning local sales initiatives with global corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth in France.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop localized sales targets, strategies, and budgets aligned with global objectives; analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales tactics, product positioning, and pricing.
  • Monitor budget execution and dynamically adjust resources to ensure achievement of sales KPIs.

Sales Performance Management

  • Track, analyze sales data (revenue, market share, etc.), and propose data - driven improvements; manage, optimize existing sales channels, and develop new ones to support business expansion.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle (negotiation, execution, compliance) to ensure alignment with local regulations, trade laws, and company policies.

Key Account Relationship Management

  • Build and expand a high - value key account network among French OEMs; establish a systematic CRM framework to streamline client engagement.
  • Nurture long - term partnerships with top clients (e.g., Renault, Stellantis) to drive customer satisfaction and secure repeat business/strategic collaborations.

Cross - Functional Collaboration and Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, after - sales) to ensure on - time order delivery and high - quality post - sales support; report regularly to the Overseas Sales Director on performance, market dynamics, and key account status.
  • Liaise with quality/R&D teams to resolve client technical issues; translate customer feedback into insights for product optimization and innovation.

Requirements

Professional Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive components sales experience, with more than3 years in regional sales management (French automotive market focus preferred), deep expertise in OEM procurement processes and supplier commercial negotiation frameworks.
  • Preferred: Experience as a Sales Manager at French Tier 1 automotive suppliers, with a proven track of collaborating with major OEMs (Renault, Stellantis, etc.).

Technical and Industry Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of automotive body systems and NVH technologies 
  • Familiarity with sales standard development methodologies and automotive components product lifecycle management.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional market development acumen: ability to identify opportunities, penetrate new accounts, and close high - value deals; strong stakeholder management, PR, and negotiation skills to build trust with OEM decision - makers.
  • Proficiency in analyzing industry pain points, uncovering customer core needs to guide R&D for customer - centric products; excellent skills in standardizing/streamlining work processes.

Language Proficiency

  • Native - level fluency in French (written/spoken) mandatory.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) preferred.
