Site Engineer (Machinery & Steel Structure) - Bilingual Chinese & Thai

Our client is a world-class leader and manufacturer of intelligent storage systems with over 20 years of expertise in automated warehousing technology. As they actively expand their footprint across Southeast Asia, they are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Site Engineer / Site Lead to oversee the on-site installation of cutting-edge automated racking systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Direct all day-to-day site activities, ensuring steel structures, high-density racking, and automation components are installed precisely according to technical drawings.
• Bilingual Coordination: Act as the vital communication bridge between the overseas Headquarters (Chinese tech teams), local subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project alignment.
• Project Controls: Monitor timelines, manage resource allocation, and proactively resolve on-site bottlenecks to keep installations on schedule.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site and conduct pre-handover quality inspections.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai is preferred  to handle technical cross-border coordination. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in site management, project engineering, or site supervision. Backgrounds in steel structure installation, industrial construction, machinery installation, or conveyor systems are highly preferred.
• Technical Core: Ability to interpret engineering blueprints, structural layouts, and technical specifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong on-site problem-solving skills with the ability to lead diverse technical subcontractors under tight deadlines.
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
