Job brief

Our client is a highly reputable enterprise at the forefront of digital infrastructure construction and data center EPC services. Known for their robust cross-border compliance and mature project implementation, they are dynamically expanding their Hong Kong footprint. To support this growth, they are seeking a meticulous Business Assistant to drive local contract administration, supplier coordination, and project settlements.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: Assist in drafting and reviewing local business contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring absolute alignment with HK regulations and internal compliance.
  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain active communication with local M&E subcontractors and material suppliers; manage quotation collection and price comparison analysis.
  • Financial and Project Settlement: Verify project progress documents, track invoices, process payment applications, and follow up on accounts receivable.
  • HQ Alignment: Act as the vital communication bridge between the  HQ project teams and local HK finance/admin divisions.
  • Business Archiving: Establish and maintain a traceable archive of contracts, quotations, and payment vouchers for strict audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Work Authorization and Experience: Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship, with relevant experience in Hong Kong import/export trade operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Business Management, Engineering Management, Finance, or related disciplines preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business assistance, project support, or sales administration. Background in construction, M&E engineering, or the data center industry is a huge advantage. Enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; professional business English proficiency for handling legal contracts and official documents.
  • Core Competencies: Meticulous data validation skills, logical thinking, and strong cross-functional project follow-up capabilities.
