Senior Recruiter – Dubai Real Estate
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: AED 18,000–20,000 per month base + incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
A growing real estate start-up based in Business Bay, Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting high-performing real estate professionals and helping to build a strong and successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Recruit experienced real estate agents and sales professionals across Dubai.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Work closely with senior management on recruitment requirements and hiring targets.
Develop proactive strategies to attract top real estate talent.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keep up to date with the Dubai real estate recruitment market and talent landscape.
Requirements
Minimum 12 months' recruitment experience within Dubai real estate is essential.
Proven experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Existing network of real estate candidates in Dubai.
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
