Off-Plan Sales Manager, Dubai

Location: Barsha Heights, Dubai
Salary: AED 10,000 per month plus commission

The role

An opportunity for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to head up the off-plan division of a Dubai brokerage. You will manage and expand a team of consultants selling new launches across Dubai's primary market, while continuing to close personally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and expand a team of off-plan sales consultants
• Achieve personal and team revenue targets with consistent monthly billings
• Manage client relationships from enquiry through reservation, booking form and SPA
• Maintain strong developer relationships and stay ahead of new launches, allocations and payment plans across Dubai
• Deliver project training to the team and support them in closing
• Present to investors on project fundamentals, yields, payment plans and exit strategy
• Track and report pipeline, conversion rates and team output

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Off-Plan Sales Manager
• Strong track record of sales and billings in the Dubai off-plan market
• Ability to bring and lead your own team
• Available for an immediate start
