The Role:
We're on the hunt for a proactive and adept Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is essential in shaping our first impressions and laying down the foundation for successful, long-term relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly handle and assist with inbound enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Conduct thorough screening processes for new enquiries, ensuring optimal alignment with our services.
  • Facilitate qualification meetings with potential clients to better understand their needs.
  • Profile target accounts meticulously to gain insights into prospective businesses.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for targeted accounts.
  • Organise GAP analysis meetings with ABM target accounts.
  • Create opportunities to sell our pre-manufacturing services.
  • Propose and close deals pertaining to our pre-manufacturing services.

Performance Expectations:
Our ideal SDR will:

  • Maintain an average response time of 20 minutes or less for all enquiries.
  • Organise a minimum of 3 ABM GAP analysis and 3 inbound enquiry qualification calls per week.
  • Achieve a minimum of £20,000 in pre-manufacturing service sales monthly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in a sales or specifically an SDR role.
  • Natural sales flair complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • An organised and efficient approach to tasks.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive starting package of £30,000 per annum. With commissions in place from day one, you can expect an OTE of £48,000 annually.

Location:
This role requires your dedicated presence at our lively Ashford office in Kent, 5 days a week.
