Job Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled New Product Development Executive to join us. This role is vital to our goals and offers a chance to make a big difference in the food supplement industry. You'll be in charge of creating incredible supplement formulas that go beyond our clients' expectations in effectiveness, safety, and meeting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Impress our amazing clients with your expert advice and turn their complex needs into exciting new product ideas.

Use your knowledge of UK/EU rules to lead us in meeting health standards and ingredient rules.

Pick the best ingredients to create top-quality formulas that set new industry benchmarks.

Create thorough formulation packs that show off your expertise and research.

Work with the best ingredient partners to ensure our products are of the highest quality while managing costs smartly.

Make sure our supplements not only work great but also taste amazing and feel just right.

Oversee the creation and delivery of top-quality product samples that showcase your visionary ideas.

Collaborate with the business development team to build strong relationships with clients, making sure their experience with us is world class every step of the way.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field, proving your dedication to learning and excellence (equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role, will also be considered)

A minimum of 1 years experience in New Product Development in the Nutrition/Food Supplement/Sports Nutrition/ Industry.

Exposure to or a solid understanding of the ins and outs of regulations for food supplements, especially in the UK/EU and other markets like the Middle East.

Ability to explain complex scientific formulations in a clear and tangible way.

Adaptable, collaborative, creative and the ability to work autonomously.

Ability to carry out cutting-edge research and set new standards in formulation development.
