As a Director of Senior Manager Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the company's market position. Delivering and taking training and development initiatives. You will be the key point of contact for potential partners and stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and implement partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training and development initiatives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless partnership integration.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance using KPIs and reporting.
  • Proactively address partnership challenges and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in partnership strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Explore CSR initiatives and innovative partnership approaches.
  • Lead stakeholder management and maintain open communication channels.
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance partnership portfolio and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to align partnerships with company objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partnership meetings and events.
