Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Karachi ( On-Site)
Salary: Market-based
Job Timings: Monday to Friday
Experience: 5-7 years
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the fitness and health landscape in Karachi.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop strategic marketing plan with quarterly quantifiable goals and milestones.2) Designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B.
3) Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
4) Manage and Co-ordinate outsourced marketing agency and other 3 rd party vendors/ freelancers
5)Support integrated cross-channel digital campaign planning and execution across multiple digital touchpoints
6) Manage the SEO and paid media agency to drive best-in class organic and paid search strategy and execution for the markets.
7) Manage a budget for social media, leverage advanced knowledge of social media platforms and collaborate with agencies on content calendar, publishing, community management and social listening.
8) Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
9) Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google
10) Analytics and Facebook insights
11) Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
12) Deploy social listening tools and lead competitor intelligence across digital and social platforms
13) Oversee content creation that is in line with brand guidelines and locally relevant, created for different online platforms and channels
14) Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
15) Partnering with internal teams and Advertising agencies and data form past marketing events to estimate product demand
16) Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
Personal Characteristics: Execution-focused, well-organized and good communication skills.
Must-Have: confidence and ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple stakeholders.
