Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR & Admin Manager to join a leading group of hospitals and university. The HR & Admin Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various HR and administrative functions within the hospital. This position requires a strong background in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while ensuring timely execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Management:

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with hospital goals and industry best practices.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Coordinate performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
    • Support employee relations by addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave administration.
    • Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Administration and Operations:

    • Ensure efficient security measures are in place to safeguard the hospital, its employees, patients, and visitors.
    • Coordinate transportation arrangements for staff and patients as needed, ensuring timely and safe travel.
    • Manage and supervise non-management staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and support personnel.
    • Oversee the management of the waiting areas, ensuring proper traffic flow, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement talent retention initiatives to attract and retain skilled healthcare professionals.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and assist in workforce planning.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • A solid educational background with a minimum of an MBA degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
