Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Karachi ( On-Site)

Salary: Market-based

Job Timings: Monday to Friday

Experience: 3-5 years (HR experience)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR personnel.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in Pakistan.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Implement performance management processes, guiding managers in setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify and address performance issues, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Work with the HR team to manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Guide salary reviews and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee events and activities.
  • Utilize HRIS to gather and analyze HR metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR-related activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and address organizational needs, supporting initiatives for growth and development.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and compliance with all legal requirements.

    Personal Characteristics: Execution-focused, highly numerate, well-organized and good communication skills.

    Must-Have: confidence and ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple stakeholders.
