Job Overview: As the Manager, Corporate Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients on an international level. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients to promote our fitness and wellness offerings. Develop a robust pipeline and execute strategies to acquire new corporate partnerships.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations. Understand their wellness needs and align our services to meet those requirements.
  3. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor fitness and wellness solutions that align with the unique needs and goals of corporate clients. Ensure the delivery of value-added services that contribute to the overall well-being of their employees.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach.
  5. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for corporate agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate wellness programs. Foster a collaborative environment to maximize the impact of our offerings.

Qualifications:
