What will you be doing?

  • Assisting our partners with all their support needs. This includes tickets, email, phone support, and remote sessions, both solo and with partners.

  • Helping our Fully Managed team to monitor and remediate issues with partner backups.

  • Being the Product Expert & Champion for our partners.

  • Making sure our partners' experiences with Servosity are always excellent.

  • Communicating customer trends and feedback to drive improvements to documentation, tooling, product, and process

  • Helping to make Servosity the best place for you & your peers to work.
