Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of basic technical principles and the ability to perform a variety of tasks, including:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on all facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Install and maintain new equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as changing filters and lubricating equipment.
• Clean and maintain all facilities, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture.
• Groundskeeping, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in the electrical trades
• Certification from a recognized trade organization
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures
