Job Title: Building Executive
Department: Property Management
Reports To: Property Manager
Summary:
The Building Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of a property. This includes tasks such as leasing and managing properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing tenant relations. He/ she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the management of a property. The Building Executive must have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a property or group of properties, including leasing, marketing, and rent collection
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Maintaining property records and files
- Collecting all payments
- Manage tenant relations
- Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in property management
- Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
