About the job Project Manager / Task Auditor (E-Commerce)

Location: Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Compensation: PKR 200,000 to 300,000 per month
Reports to: Founder / CEO

About the role

We're an e-commerce company selling across multiple brands and marketplaces, with a fast-moving team spread across brand management, design, supply chain, finance and operations. We move quickly and assign a lot of work, and we need someone whose whole job is making sure it gets finished.

As our Project Manager / Task Auditor, you'll be the person who tracks every commitment from assignment to completion, follows up until it's done, and holds people accountable with facts, not opinions. You'll be relentless, fair and organized, and you'll have real authority to ask "where is this?" at every level of the company.

What you'll do

  • Own the task ledger: Turn meeting outcomes and requests into tracked tasks, each with one owner, a due date and a clear definition of done.
  • Chase to closure: Follow up on open items before and after they're due. Escalate through a clear ladder when deadlines slip.
  • Audit the work: Check what people report against what actually happened, using task history, deliverables and system data. Flag work reported as done with no evidence, and recognize work done but not reported.
  • Run cross-team workflows: Keep product launches, purchase orders, inbound shipments, claims and reimbursements, and system rollouts on schedule, with owners and dates on every step.
  • Report clearly: Send a daily list of overdue and blocked items and a weekly summary of on-time completion, recurring slippage and decisions waiting on leadership.
  • Unblock the team: Bring leadership decisions forward with options and a recommendation, and spot the recurring blockers behind late work.

What success looks like

  • Every action item from every meeting is captured, owned and dated.
  • The share of tasks that go quiet after assignment drops sharply within 90 days.
  • Leadership gets a trusted weekly view of who is delivering, what's slipping and why.
  • Decisions waiting on leadership are cleared in days, not weeks.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in project management, operations management or a PMO. E-commerce, Amazon or supply chain experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable following up repeatedly and directly, including with senior colleagues, and staying calm under pushback.
  • Power-user level in ClickUp or a similar tool (custom fields, automations, dashboards).
  • Strong with data. You can read a spreadsheet or run basic queries to spot the gap between what was said and what happened. SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication. Your follow-ups are short, specific and hard to misread.
  • Fair and consistent. You apply the same standard to everyone, and you decide on evidence, not impressions.
  • Able to work with ambiguity across time zones and a changing team.

What this role is not

  • Not a note-taker or admin role. You own outcomes, not just minutes.
  • Not a priority-setter. Leadership sets priorities and you make sure they get done.
  • Not covert. Everyone knows what is tracked and why, and findings go to the person concerned first.

Why join us

  • Direct access to leadership and real influence on how the company operates.
  • A role with clear, measurable impact from week one.
  • A growing e-commerce business with room to expand your scope.
  • Fully remote.
