Closer (Outbound Sales) – US Internet Services

High-Volume Dialing. Pre-Qualified Leads. Uncapped USD Commissions.

Location: Remote, Pakistan (or on-site Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad)
Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan time (US business hours)

The Opportunity
We sell US internet service plans (residential + commercial/SMB) to customers who are already interested. You won't prospect or buy a single lead. Your job: dial, pitch, and close. We provide a stable base salary, a constant flow of pre-qualified leads, and uncapped commission payouts in USD every week.

What You'll Do

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day using our predictive auto-dialer.
• Sell residential internet (homes, apartments) and commercial internet (small/medium businesses).
• Match the right plan, speed tier, and bundle to each customer's needs.
• Handle objections, walk customers through pricing and install timelines, and close on the call whenever possible.
• Log every call, disposition, and sale in the CRM in real time.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly quotas across both residential and commercial pipelines.
• Stay TCPA / FCC compliant (full training + scripts provided).

Who We're Looking For
This is a high-volume role for experienced closers.

• American accent. No exceptions. You will have a brief voice screening on the first interview.
• Minimum 1 year of prior outbound sales experience (telecom, ISP, energy, insurance, SaaS, or similar). No exceptions.
• Proven track record of hitting 300+ dials/day on a power dialer.
• Confident phone presence and a real closer's instinct — not just a pitcher.
• Thick skin. Rejection doesn't slow you down.
• Solid CRM and dialer software experience.
• Reliable home internet (min. 25 Mbps wired), UPS / backup power for load-shedding, quiet workspace, headset, and a working laptop.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience selling US ISP / cable / telecom (Spectrum, Xfinity, AT&T, Frontier, etc.).
• B2B / commercial sales background.
• Experience on auto-dialer platforms (Five9, Vicidial, etc.).

Compensation & Realistic Earnings
No caps on commission. We reward the reps who close consistently.

• Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 130,000/month (based on experience)
• Residential Sale Commission: $12 USD per net install
• Commercial Sale Commission (SMB): $60 USD per net install
• Commercial (Multi-line / Fiber): 125–125–175 USD per net install
• Monthly Quota Bonus: +$125 USD when you hit quota (25 residential OR 8 commercial / month)
• Top-3 Performer Bonus: +$175 USD

Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings): 700–700–1,200 USD/month
Top Closers Consistently Earn: 1,500–1,500–2,200 USD/month

Ramp-Up Protection: Month 1 has a guaranteed commission floor of $150 USD while you learn the product and pitch.
