About the job General Affairs
Job desc:
- Manage GA administration (advance, PR, RR, settlement, contracts, petty cash, SPK, overtime, purchasing, supplier communication).
- Support other departments in checking PR and handling requests.
- Organize and oversee the maintenance, repairs, and resolution of expatriate housing complaints.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors, including cleaning services, gardening, security, and pest control.
- Ensure regular reporting to HRD & Head of Admin.
- Participate in school fellowships, retreats, chapel services, and other Christian events.
- Provide pastoral care and prayer support for staff, students, and families.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle and recreation balance.
- Pursue professional development (workshops, training, upgrading qualifications).
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Faculty or any major
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
- Strong, demonstrable Christian faith
- A biblical Christian worldview
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
