About the job General Affairs

Job desc:

  • Manage GA administration (advance, PR, RR, settlement, contracts, petty cash, SPK, overtime, purchasing, supplier communication).
  • Support other departments in checking PR and handling requests.
  • Organize and oversee the maintenance, repairs, and resolution of expatriate housing complaints.
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendors, including cleaning services, gardening, security, and pest control.
  • Ensure regular reporting to HRD & Head of Admin.
  • Participate in school fellowships, retreats, chapel services, and other Christian events.
  • Provide pastoral care and prayer support for staff, students, and families.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle and recreation balance.
  • Pursue professional development (workshops, training, upgrading qualifications).

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Faculty or any major
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong, demonstrable Christian faith
  • A biblical Christian worldview
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
