- Plan, develop, and implement the Physical Education (PE) curriculum.
- Supervise PE teachers and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Organize and manage sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during PE classes and sports activities.
- Maintain and manage PE equipment, facilities, and resources.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to encourage physical development.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sports activities with school objectives.
- Manage the PE budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Liaise with external sports organizations for collaboration opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or coordinating PE programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of physical fitness, sports training, and curriculum development.
- Ability to organize and execute events, including large-scale sports tournaments.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and first aid in sports.
